An institute for EV, PHEV and ICE research and repair. We take the pack, the drive unit and the inverter down to the cell, the winding and the die, and we publish what we find.

One bad cell should not cost a car.
A dealer reads a fault code, sees a pack out of balance and quotes a replacement. We open the pack, measure every cell, and change the ones that failed.

The fault is in the die, not the module.
An inverter is condemned because one IGBT shorted. The module is a sealed assembly nobody sells separately, so the whole unit is scrapped. We go to the die, the bond wires and the substrate, and we stock the parts.

A drive unit is not a sealed box.
Stator, rotor, bearings, resolver, gearbox. Each fails in its own way and each leaves its own signature. We rebuild the ones the manufacturer replaces whole.

Busbars, the cooling ribbon, the sense harness and the balancing electronics. Most of what goes wrong in a pack is not the chemistry.

Repair is the cheaper engineering, not the lesser one.
A skateboard pack is four modules, an enclosure, two drive units and the high-voltage distribution between them. Replacing it is a purchasing decision. Repairing it is an engineering one.

Procedures, tooling and parts go out to every centre through the Academy. One building does the research; the map below is where it lands.

Research
Failure modes nobody has documented, worked out on the bench and written up. What we learn becomes a procedure in the Academy.

Analysis
Every cell measured, every winding tested, every die inspected. A fault code narrows the search; it does not end it.

Reverse engineering
Closed BMS firmware, undocumented CAN, parts that exist only inside a sealed assembly. We open them and publish the map.

Production
Repair kits, diagnostic hardware and replacement electronics, built here because nobody else makes them.
